My advice would best to trying to install apps designed for more recent versions of android. is like 10 years old, ALOT of apps wont run on it. and yea they didnt have a sideloading option (unknown sources) to sideload you have to use android adb with a computer connected to the device when its running that old a android version. The Acer still doesn't recognize my phone, but no problem since the laptop with Windows 10 does. I'm glad I asked the question, because otherwise I wouldn't have found out about the One Drive application. I now have all my phone pics stored on one drive and organized into albums.
