You experience an unexpectedly long delay when you open, save, close, delete, or print files that are located on a shared resource. My FTP is uploading/downloading really slow. FTP upload and download speed depend mainly on the client's connection to the server. This may be affected by multiple network factors such as hop count and local connectivity. Also, there are other factors which may affect the speed: The number of clients that currently are using the FTP service. But sadly the same behavior for different browsers (and incognito tabs) with and without AntiVirus active and also at different times (like sometimes I get and sometimes only kB/sec but too slow anyways).
